The Whole grain spaghetti organic from Pasta Toscana are made from 100% Tuscan Organic whole grain durum wheat manufactured.
Thanks to the gentle processing, the valuable nutrients and the intense taste of the whole grain are preserved.
Drawn using a bronze drawing technique and slowly dried at a low temperature, the result is a pasta with a rough surface that binds sauces particularly well and ensures an authentic texture.
