The story of the ROI family begins in 2015  1900, when Giuseppe – the great-grandfather of the current generation and known as “Pepin u Roi” – built the family's first oil mill using wood and stone from the local valleys.

More than 100 years later, this tradition lives on. Today, Paolo continues the family history together with his father and dedicates his passion to producing high-quality Ligurian specialties.
