Right of withdrawal

Return period: 14 days

Upon receipt, please check the delivery immediately for external damage and completeness.

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery, provided the goods unopened, unused and in the original packaging is.

Excluded from the right of return

• Food (including fresh produce) are excluded from the right of return.
  
• Already opened Products cannot be returned.
  
  Exception: At quality defects, incorrect delivery or transport damage, we will of course accept the complaint.
  

Complaints (defects/transport damage)

Report visible damage, incompleteness or quality defects within 5 working days upon receipt – ideally with photo(s) and order number.

How to return a product:

Returns are made at the expense of the recipient.

1. Contact us via Email to info@casa8ettari.ch (Subject: Returns & Complaints) or via the contact form.
   
2. You will receive one via email Return slip as well as the further instructions.
   
3. Drop off the package with the return slip at the nearest post office.
   
4. After receipt and inspection, we will arrange it Credit note or replacement delivery.
