Hardly any ingredient represents Mediterranean and Italian cuisine as much as high-quality olive oil from Tuscany. Fruity, aromatic and with a subtle spiciness, it enhances antipasti, salads, pasta, vegetables, fish and meat - or simply tastes great on its own with fresh bread.

100% olives from Tuscany

When the harvest is over and the nights in Tuscany get cooler, the olive harvest begins at our Otto Ettari winery.

For ours Otto Ettari Toscano IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil we use 100% olives from Tuscany. The olives grow on our winery, are harvested by hand and processed on the same day in a traditional Tuscan oil mill.

The early harvest of the half-ripe olives and the gentle cold extraction at below 27 °C results in a characterful Tuscan Extra Olive Oil Vergine with fruity freshness, nutty notes and an elegant, subtle spiciness.

Toscano IGP - origin that you can taste

The protected geographical indication Toscano IGP stands for controlled origin from Tuscany. For our olive oil, this origin begins directly at the winery: from our own olive trees to hand harvesting to processing in our partner oil mill.

The result is an Extra virgin olive oil from Tuscany, which brings the typical aroma and unmistakable character of its origin into the glass - and on the plate.
