The Dionysus Vermentino Biologico is an expressive organic white wine from the sunny Maremma in southern Tuscany. Made from 100% organically grown Vermentino grapes, it combines Mediterranean freshness, elegant fruit and the unmistakable minerality of its terroir.
The grapes are carefully picked by hand in September and processed gently. The temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks over around 20 days preserves the natural aroma of the Vermentino grape and gives the wine its special freshness and finesse.
Dionysus presents itself in a glass bright straw yellow. Its bouquet impresses with intense floral notes as well as aromas of exotic fruits and citrus. On the palate it is pleasantly round, lively and balanced, with a fine acidity, a beautiful structure and a long, harmonious finish.
