Morelli's Squid Ink Spaghetti is a specialty from Tuscany with an intense sea flavor.
Made from durum wheat semolina, refined with black squid ink, fish meal, lemon juice and a pinch of salt. This gives them their deep black color and distinctive taste that goes perfectly with Mediterranean dishes.

Thanks to the handcrafted processing and slow drying, the spaghetti remains firm to the bite and absorbs sauces excellently.
