Reperso Risotto with Truffle - Italian Risotto Mix 250 g

This Italian risotto mix combines with truffles from Agricola Lodigiana high quality Reperso rice with a finely balanced vegetable broth, cheese components, onions and fine truffle flakes. The Reperso rice ensures a pleasantly creamy consistency thanks to its large, white grains and high starch content, while truffle aroma, truffle powder and truffle flakes give the risotto a noble, aromatic note.

The mixture is already seasoned and does not need any additional broth, butter or cheese to make it creamy. Simply roast briefly with a little oil, deglaze with water or white wine and then gradually add hot water. After about 18-20 minutes the risotto is ready to serve - ideal for an uncomplicated Italian truffle risotto at home. A new fantastic risotto rice for a great result.

Preparation: Roast with a little oil for about 1 minute, deglaze with half a glass of water or white wine and allow to evaporate. Then gradually add approx. 700 ml of preferably hot water and stir regularly.
