This new type of rice is something very special, it makes a special, creamy risotto.

The mixture is already seasoned and does not need any additional broth, butter or cheese to make it creamy. Simply roast briefly with a little oil, deglaze with water or white wine and then gradually add hot water. After about 18-20 minutes, the risotto is ready to serve - ideal for an uncomplicated Italian saffron risotto at home.

Preparation: Roast with a little oil for about 1 minute, deglaze with half a glass of water or white wine and allow to evaporate. Then gradually add approx. 700 ml of preferably hot water and stir regularly.
