NEW IN THE RANGE. This Italian risotto mixture alla Marinara from Agricola Lodigiana combines high-quality Reperso rice with a finely balanced vegetable broth, lemon, shrimp, onions and parsley. The Reperso rice ensures a pleasantly creamy consistency thanks to its large, white grains and high starch content, while the marinara composition gives the risotto a fine Mediterranean note.

The mixture is already seasoned and does not require any additional broth, butter or cheese to make it creamy. Simply roast briefly with a little oil, deglaze with water or white wine and then gradually add hot water. After about 18-20 minutes, the risotto is ready to serve - ideal for an uncomplicated Italian risotto with sea flavor. A novelty on the rice market.

Preparation: Roast with a little oil for about 1 minute, deglaze with half a glass of water or white wine and allow to evaporate. Then add approx. 700 ml of preferably hot water little by little and stir regularly.
