The Linguine Classica from Pasta Toscana is an elegant type of pasta 100% Tuscan durum wheat semolina.
Their slightly flattened shape means they absorb creamy and light sauces particularly well.
The production with Bronze drawing techniqueand the slow drying at low temperatures give the noodles a rough surface and perfect bite strength.
