Apple cider vinegar, concentrated grape juice and 5% lemon juice merge with essential lemon oil and 1% ginger through agar-agar gelling to create an invigorating treat. The yellow creation with aromatic, fruity, sweet and sour notes and lasting freshness can be elegantly rubbed over dishes - perfect for modern cuisine with an Asian touch and fresh accents.
