A wintery composition from Italy: PARPACCIO Arancia e Cannella combines sunny orange freshness with a warming note of cinnamon in solid form. Apple cider vinegar, concentrated grape must and 5% orange juice merge with essential orange oil, candied orange paste (8%) and a touch of cinnamon (0.5%) through agar-agar gelling to create an aromatic delight. The yellow-orange creation with fruity-sweet, spicy notes can be rub elegantly over dishes– perfect for festive arrangements and winter treats.
