Organic Sulla honey from Sicily (300 g)

The Miele di Sulla Biologico from Solmielato is a fine one Organic honey from Sulla flowers, harvested in May and June from spontaneous flowers and uncultivated soils in the hills of central Sicily. After natural decantation, this honey is stored in a cold room at 12°C. With its spontaneous, very fine crystallization and the faint, herbal and delicate scent, this honey is particularly mild. The taste is sweet and fine-grained. In its liquid state it is almost colorless to straw yellow; when crystallized it appears white to ivory. Ideal as a spread, for sweetening or enjoyed on its own. Organic certified by CCPB and IFS certified.
