The Miele di Arancio Biologico from Solmielato is an exquisite one Organic honey made from orange blossoms, harvested in April and May from organic fields in eastern and western Sicily and on the Calabrian plateaus. This honey impresses with its intense, floral scent of orange blossom and its sweet, aromatic and slightly sour taste. In its liquid state it is almost colorless to straw yellow; when crystallized it appears pearly white or light beige. The fine, creamy crystallization makes it particularly spreadable and popular as a spread, for sweetening tea or as an ingredient in fine cuisine. Organic certified certified by CCPB and IFS. Made in a family business. Exclusively in Switzerland.
