The Miele di Limone Biologico from Solmielato is a fine one Organic honey made from lemon blossoms, harvested in May on organic plantations in eastern Sicily and on the Tyrrhenian coast. After natural decantation, this honey is stored in a cold room at 12°C. With its spontaneous, very fine crystallization and the normally sweet, With its fine and creamy taste of medium intensity, this honey is a true delicacy. In its liquid state it is almost colorless to straw yellow; when crystallized it appears pearly white or light beige. Ideal as a spread on bread, to sweeten tea or as a sophisticated ingredient in the kitchen. Organic certified by CCPB and IFS certified.
