For the organic blood orange jam, 46% organically grown blood oranges from Sicily IGP including peels are used. Its intense fruit aroma and the characteristic slightly tart citrus note harmonize wonderfully with the fine, floral sweetness of the organic orange blossom honey.

The typically strong color and intense aroma of the Sicilian blood orange make this jam a special treat for lovers of high-quality Italian organic specialties.
