Creamy organic honey from Sicily meets the intense aroma of Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli: The Cremosa di Miele al Mandarino di Sicilia from  Solmielato is an exceptional Italian honey specialty with a wonderfully Mediterranean character.

The fine honey cream consists of:  99% organic honey and is made with 1% essential oil  Mandarino Tardivo di Ciaculli from Sicily refined. This special mandarin is known for its intense, fresh aroma and gives honey its characteristic scent and an elegant fruity note.

The consistency is wonderfully creamy and finely crystallized, the color ranges from pearl white to light beige. On the palate, the natural sweetness of honey combines with the fresh scent of mandarin to create a harmonious Sicilian specialty.

Organic honey from Solmielato – quality from Sicily

Solmielato produces its organic honeys according to the principle of Migratory beekeeping. Depending on the flower, the bee colonies are brought to selected areas of Sicily and Calabria - including organic citrus plantations, natural fields and forest areas.

Solmielato attaches particular importance to gentle processing. The honey will  extracted cold from the honeycombs and not pasteurized or exposed to high temperatures. This means that its natural character, aroma and typical properties are preserved as best as possible.

The honeys are neither blended nor mixed with other honeys and come 100% from Italy.

The creamy consistency makes the tangerine honey cream ideal as a spread Bread, toast, brioche or croissants. It tastes great  Natural yogurt, ricotta and cream cheese and refines desserts, cakes and pastries.
