TheCremosa di miele "con Limone" from Solmielato is an exquisite organic honey cream that combines creamy organic honey from Sicily with the essential oil of sun-ripened organic lemons. Stored in May and June on spontaneous flowers and uncultivated soils in the hills of Zafferana on the Etnea and after natural decantation at 12°C, the honey is refined with 1% organic lemon essential oil. The result is a fine, creamy and easy-to-spread specialty with an intense lemon scent and a fresh, fruity, harmoniously sweet and sour taste. In its liquid state, almost colorless to straw yellow, the honey crystallizes in pearl white or light beige. Perfect for breakfast, as a dessert side dish or in creative cuisine. Organic certified by CCPB and IFS certified.
