The Cremosa di miele "all' Arancia Rossa di Sicilia I.G.P." from Solmielato is an exquisite one Organic honey cream, which combines creamy organic honey from Sicily with the essential oil of the protected Sicilian blood orange IGP. Harvested in May and June from spontaneous flowers and uncultivated soils in the hills of central Sicily and stored at 12°C after natural decantation, the honey is refined with 1% organic blood orange essential oil IGP. The result is a fine, creamy and easy-to-spread specialty with an intense orange blossom scent and a sweet, aromatic, slightly sour taste. In the liquid state, almost colorless to straw yellow, crystallizes in pearl white or light beige. Perfect for breakfast, as a dessert side dish or in creative cuisine.
