The high-quality organic honey is made with 1% essential oil from the "Bergamotto di Reggio Calabria D.O.P." refined from Sicily. The result is a creamy, easy-to-spread specialty with an intense bergamot scent and sweet taste with a subtle bergamot aftertaste. The color is pearl white to light beige. This exquisite creation combines the sweetness of honey with the refreshing citrus note of noble bergamot - perfect for breakfast, as a dessert side dish or in fine dining.
