The Miele di Millefiori Biologico of Solmielato is an aromatic Organic blossom honeyfrom the heart of Sicily. Harvested in June, this honey comes from forest areas and uncultivated areas in central Sicily and combines the aromas of various wild flowers such as sulla, thistle and various umbellifers. With its fine, creamy crystallization and characteristic sweet, slightly sour taste, this honey is ideal as a natural spread, for sweetening tea and drinks or as an ingredient in the kitchen. Crystallization is accelerated by storage at 12°C, which ensures the creamy consistency. Organic certified by CCPB and IFS certified.
