The Mafalde from Le Gemme del Vesuvio are a majestic homage to the Italian pasta tradition - named after a princess and shaped like a culinary feast.
The wide ribbon noodle with an elegantly wavy edge is made 100% Italian durum wheat semolina manufactured, drawn through bronze molds and at low temperature dried slowly.
The result is a pasta with rough surface and perfect bite, which absorbs any sauce wonderfully - ideal for creamy sauces, strong ragùs or Mediterranean vegetable dishes.
