The Linguine al Nero di Seppia from Filotea combine traditional pasta craftsmanship from the Marche with the intense aroma of squid ink.
Made in Ancona according to an old recipe, they contain 25% fresh eggs and 2% squid ink, combined with fine durum wheat semolina and wheat flour.
Gentle drying at low temperatures preserves their silky texture, ensures excellent cooking resistance and perfect absorption of sauces. Their deep black color and delicate sea flavor make them an ideal choice for fine fish and seafood dishes.
