They are manufactured  Italian linguine in  Ancona in the Marche region according to traditional craftsmanship.

With  26% fresh eggs, durum wheat semolina, wheat flour type 00,1% garlic and 0.5% parsley create an aromatic Italian egg pasta with a silky texture and pleasant Mediterranean taste.

Filotea – Italian pasta tradition from Ancona

Filotea is based in Ancona on Italy's Adriatic coast and is dedicated to producing high-quality Italian egg pasta.

The pasta is based on the classic tradition  Pasta all'uovo. A high proportion of fresh eggs and carefully selected ingredients give it its characteristic color, taste and fine structure.

An important part of the production is  slow drying at low temperature. This gentle process helps to preserve the special consistency and aroma of the pasta.
