Fruity citrus notes. Sunny enjoyment from Puglia.
To make Galantino's orange oil, fresh oranges are pressed together with the olives. This is how an aromatic oil based on extra virgin olive oil is created naturally - with a fruity scent, a subtle orange note and no artificial flavorings.
Its bright, sweet, fruity character harmonizes with fish, seafood and carpaccio. Leaf salads also get an elegant citrus note with just a few drops. Orange oil sets a surprising accent in desserts and cake batters and combines Mediterranean enjoyment with the versatility of sweet cuisine.
To refine, simply drizzle over the dish shortly before serving. For dressings it can be combined with a mild vinegar, which gently complements the fruity orange note.
Manufactured by the Galantino family business from Bisceglie in Apulia, this orange oil has stood for Italian olive oil craftsmanship since 1926. The characteristic tin can protects the oil from light and makes it a stylish gift idea for people who like to discover new flavor nuances.

Three generations. A passion for good olive oil.
Between ancient olive groves and the Adriatic coast lies Bisceglie, the home of Galantino. Here, in the south of Italy, the family has been combining the olive oil tradition of Puglia with the care of a family-run craft business since 1926.
The story begins with Vito Galantino. The experienced olive oil taster bought a 19th-century grain mill and converted it into an oil mill. In doing so, he laid the foundation for a passion that has been passed down through three generations: obtaining characterful extra virgin olive oils from carefully selected olives.
In 1960 the family acquired the 47 hectare La Fenice estate. His olive groves are still an important part of the family business today. Together with olives from selected producers, they form the basis for Galantino's olive oils.
Another chapter began in 1985 with the bottling in high-quality packaging. Since then, the taste and the presentation have belonged together - for everyday enjoyment as well as as a gift for people who appreciate good food.
Whether extra virgin olive oil or flavored olive oil: Galantino brings a piece of Apulian food culture to the table. Rooted in Bisceglie, shaped by experience and made for a cuisine where good ingredients make the difference.
