The Orcio is filled with a medium-fruity extra virgin olive oil from the Coratina and Ogliarola varieties, cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest. The taste is balanced with a hint of artichoke and a fine almond aftertaste, ideal for salads, vegetables, fish and for refining soups.
