The Farfalle Bio from Pasta Toscana are small “butterfly pastas” made from 100% Tuscan ingredients Organic durum wheat semolina.
Their special shape with the typical center makes them a real eye-catcher on the plate and ideal for creamy or light sauces.
Drawn using bronze drawing technology and slowly dried at low temperatures, they impress with their rough surface and excellent bite resistance.
