The Tagliatelle Paglia e Fieno Nidi from Filotea combine golden yellow and green ribbon noodles in the practical nest shape.
The green color comes from the addition of spinach, which not only gives the pasta an attractive appearance but also a delicate aroma.

Produced in Ancona, in the Marche region, they contain 27% fresh eggs, durum wheat semolina and fine type 00 wheat flour.
Due to the slow drying at a low temperature, they retain their silky texture, remain al dente and absorb sauces perfectly.
