Morelli's Tomato Tagliolini combine the fine consistency of traditional pasta with the fruity taste of sun-ripened tomatoes.
Made in Tuscany from durum wheat semolina, wheat germ, tomato paste and a touch of beetroot powder for the bright red color.
Thanks to the slow drying at a low temperature, the tagliolini retain their silky texture, remain firm to the bite and absorb sauces perfectly.
