Properzi – Italian confectionery tradition since 1893

The story of the Properzi family begins in 1893 in L’Aquila, in the heart of Abruzzo. There she opened her first torrone and confectionery factory. A soft nougat mass with honey and hazelnuts, embedded between fine white wafers, was one of her specialties.
