The Pappardelle Uovo Organicfrom Pasta Toscana are wide, golden yellow ribbon noodles organic durum wheat semolina and organic eggs.
Traditionally made in Tuscany, they are drawn using a bronze drawing technique and slowly dried at low temperatures.
Their wide shape means they absorb strong sauces particularly well and are ideal for hearty Italian dishes.
