Produced in Tuscany from durum wheat semolina, wheat germ, natural lemon flavor, lemon juice powder and black pepper, the result is pasta with a refreshing, spicy taste.
Due to the slow drying at a low temperature, the linguine retain their silky texture, remain al dente and absorb sauces excellently.
