The Fettuccine Uovo Organic from Pasta Toscana are fine, long ribbon noodles made from organic durum wheat semolina and organic eggs.
Traditionally made in Tuscany, they are drawn using a bronze drawing technique and slowly dried at a low temperature.
Thanks to their golden yellow color, silky texture and optimal bite, they are ideal for creamy and strong sauces.
